This recipe is quick, easy and perfect for these hot days
1 large banana (the riper, the better)
1/4 cup of vanilla yoghurt
1 cup frozen blue berries
2 table spoons water
Place chunks of chopped banana in a food processor (or mash thoroughly by hand).
Add yoghurt and continue to process until smooth (or mix by hand).
In a separate bowl, add frozen blue berries and water - mash or process until desired consistency (if you do not like the "bits" in it, it can be strained and only the juices used, however this also removes the fibre)
You could freeze it in a small containers and swirl the blueberry mix through
Freeze for several hours.
