1 cup oats
1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup ground flaxmeal
1 tablespoon honey
1 - 2 tablespoon lemon juice (depending on taste)
2 passion fruit

Preheat an oven to 180 degrees and line a slice tin with baking paper (I also like to spray lightly with olive oil just to make sure it wont stick)
In a small bowl mix together melted butter/ margarine, honey, lemon juice and passion fruit pulp.
In a large mixing bowl combine oats, flour, coconut and flaxmeal. Add the wet mixture to the oat mixture and combine well. The mixture should be sticky but not wet.
Press the mixture into the prepared slice tin and bake in preheated oven for 30 - 40 mins, or until firm in the centre and beginning to golden around the edge.
Allow to cool before slicing. Lunchbox friendly. Store in an airtight container for several days or freeze
