Appropriate nutrition is important in both academic and sporting performance, as well as general growth and well being. By engaging young students and athletes in nutrition based programs and workshops, they are given the opportunity to maximise their potential.
Healthy eating and physical play lessons and activities include single classroom sessions, embedded within curriculum programs, or used to enhance learning modules. All sessions and activities are tailored to the needs of the group to make the most of a peer role model setting, while allowing children to explore and discover the roles of nutrition, as age appropriate.
Healthy eating and age appropriate nutrition activities are ideal to engage young athletes in the importance of diet in sports performance and recovery.
All programs and activities are fun, engaging and include a variety of practical activities.
Developments of a Healthy Policies and Canteen menu ensures consistent messages about nutrition are delivered and enables healthy choices to be made and supported.
