Its Recipe ReDux time again and this months theme is dedicate to delicious, super quick, healthy 'raw' deserts. And this recipe is about as quick, delicious and nutritious as a desert can get.
It also looks super cute and would be a perfect little treat for any birthday party. I also usually have the ingredients on hand so is also a great last minute idea.
1 cup reduced fat Ricotta
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt (or try berry)
1 - 2 tablespoons cocoa (get the best quality you can, it really makes a difference)
Simply whisk together your Ricotta, yoghurt and coco and garnish!
So quick and simple! I didn't think it needed any extra sweetness as the vanilla yoghurt I used was already sweet, but you could of course add a little sugar if you wanted.
