1 quantity of Basic Pizza Dough
1 cup extra SR Flour
4 tablespoons dried Italian herbs
4 tablespoons minced garlic
2-3 cups of any green veggies (I used 1/2 a grated zucchini, 1 handful of baby spinach washed and chopped, shallots, alfalfa, grated broccoli steam)
1 cup reduced fat tasty cheese
Turn 1 quantity of Basic Pizza Dough onto a well floured surface. Add all grated veggies, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs to 1 quantity of basic pizza dough. This will make your dough "wet" again, so as you start kneading the veggies in, add small amounts of extra flour. Continue kneading until all ingredients are well worked in and dough combined a form a smooth ball.
Divide mixture into 3 and roll each portion to 1cm thick pizzas. Place rolled pizza on a greased tray and preheat oven to 180 degrees. On top of each pizza spread 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of herbs and 1/3 cup cheese. Cook for 20 mins or until crust has lightly browned.
