The nutrient profile of Krafts new Live Free cheese is pretty impressive. The Bega So Extra Light tasty cheese had been my pick of cheese for a long time, but the new Kraft cheese definitely looks good. Although the Kraft is higher in sodium, the lower fat and increased calcium outweighs this for me.
As far as taste goes, it got a thumbs up for Miss 6 and the husband deemed it "alright." It certainly does have a different taste, but I wouldn't say it was bad - sort of the taste and texture of a half melted cheese, you know when some of the fat has melted away.
The Kraft was also cheaper per 100g this week however, it was on special this week.
Kraft's new cheese get's my pick this round. I will definitely feature in my trolley again
