1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
In a large bowl mash the banana until smooth. Whisk in 1 egg until well combined. Add coconut and chia seeds and stir well. Heat a frypan over a medium heat and spray lightly with oil. Spoon portions of the mixture into the hot pan and cook for 2 - 3 mins on each side.
