I want to see details of the meal/snack, servings, recipe details etc. whatever you like to indicate the amount of vegetables YOU ate. My example pic (left) was a dinner for 5 with a total of 10 serves of vegetables, so only 2 serves per person.
Remember a serve of vegetables equals half a cup of cooked vegetables, one medium potato (not fried) or one cup of salad vegetables (approximately 75

The competition opens on Monday 4th Feb 2013 and will close at Midnight Wed 6th Feb. Winner from those who succeed will be randomly drawn and announced HERE and on The Kids Menu Facebook page, Thursday 7th Feb.
